DynaCap is a GIS tool for crime investigation. DynaCap offers GIS information as function of time. That is routes of suspects, victims and witnesses can be displayed in the GIS viewer through a user friendly interface.
DynaCap has an animation mode to visualise the movement of subjects. This offers fast insight in possible scenarios, and allows detectives to judge the plausibility of various testimonies of e.g. witnesses. More over pictures and movie clips (for instance from safety cameras) can be added to the map on the right time.
